Our private singing lessons follow a clear levelled pathway, so you always know what you’re building and what progress looks like.
- 6 Levels in total
- Each Level has 4 Stages
- Each Stage is a milestone, not a single lesson
- Most students take 2-4 lessons per Stage, depending on goals and practice.
- Lessons are customised and conducted pay-as-you-go, so pacing remains flexible
- Pay-as-you-go, flexible pacing
The 4 Stages (used in every level)
Stage 1 - Build (Setup & Awareness)
Establish healthy technique and correct habits: posture, breathing, coordination, and clarity.
Stage 2 - Stabilise (Control & Consistency)
Strengthen control and repeatability: steadier pitch, smoother tone, and better vocal reliability.
Stage 3 - Apply (Song Transfer & Style)
Transfer skills into real songs: phrasing, dynamics, diction, and genre-appropriate style.
Stage 4 - Perform (Record, Feedback & Assessment)
Record/perform, refine weak spots, and set clear targets for the next stage or level.

Level Overview (What Each Level Builds)
Level 1 — Foundations
Build comfort and basic coordination. Learn to sing with ease, clearer vowels, and a stable starting pitch.
Level 2 — Pitch & Tone Stability
Improve pitch accuracy, rhythm, and tone clarity. Develop consistency across repeated takes.
Level 3 — Range & Register Connection
Strengthen low-mid-high coordination and smooth transitions. Reduce strain and improve control through “bridge” areas.
Level 4 — Strength, Stamina & Style
Build vocal strength safely, improve stamina, and develop style control (pop / ballad / Mandarin / Cantonese / English).
Level 5 — Interpretation & Artistry
Refine phrasing, emotional delivery, tone colour, and storytelling. Create a confident musical identity.
Level 6 — Performance / Audition Ready
Train for consistent results under pressure: performance readiness, recording quality, set planning, and (if needed) audition preparation.
These lessons are designed for:
- Working adults in high-responsibility roles who want a healthy outlet
- Professionals who want a private, premium environment (no judgment, no rush)
- Retirees who want an enjoyable hobby and a consistent weekly practice
- Adult beginners who want to start safely and confidently
- Adults returning to singing after many years, purely for enjoyment
Not the main focus: kids, rigid exam tracks, or high-pressure competition training.
How Progress Is Measured (Stage Criteria)
You progress when you can:
- Sing with comfort (no strain/tightness)
- Repeat a section consistently (similar results across 3 takes)
- Show the technique inside the song, not only in drills
- Deliver a short one-take recording steadily
Placement (Starting Level)
In your first session, we do a quick assessment (goals, range, pitch habits, tone, and song choice) and place you into the most suitable starting level. Lessons remain customised to your progress.
